Any information we gather from you either on this site, over the phone, in person, or  snail mail is kept strictly confidential. We take this very seriously and do not disclose any of your information in any manner. Information you provide will not be used in any manner in which you have not consented, unless, of course you first give us permission.

Returns

Proper fit is crucial to the comfort for both you and your little one. Octii will gladly exchange a new, unworn merchandise to ensure you achieve the best fit possible. But, it’s only fair that you pay for the additional shipping charges, don’t you think?

Shipping

All orders placed by 12PM Monday to Friday MST will be shipped that afternoon via Canada Post. If you procrastinate and order after 12PM, we will put it in the mail the next business day. Orders made on Friday afternoon are just asking to be shipped on Monday... unless it’s a Canadian statutory holiday. Then it’ll be shipped Tuesday. Get it? Good.

Cancellations

If you have registered for a class and have paid in full, you can cancel up to one week prior to the start date of the class. One week!! That’s 7 days. You will receive a gift certificate for the full amount of your payment. This can be used toward any Octii services and/or merchandise. If you cancel within 7 days of the start date of the class, you will receive credit for any Octii class series to be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date.

Missed Classes

You can miss up to 2 classes and receive credit. If you miss a class, you have until the end of the season’s session to make it up. Fall session make up deadline: December 31. Winter session make up date deadline is March 31. Spring session make up date deadline is June 30. Summer session make up deadline is September 30. We strongly encourage you to attend all classes, as we cannot otherwise deliver the full benefit of the class to you

Using Promotions

Generally our promotions are independent of other offers that we have, unless otherwise specified. We’re easy-going, but appreciate the honesty. There’s not any fun in taking advantage of you, and we wouldn’t expect you to take advantage of us. Leadership is built upon integrity, right?
