Mommy-licious is a fitness class that combines the best from all worlds of Pilates, Yoga, and traditional Muscle, Strength and Endurance classes. The purpose of this class is to target re-developing muscles in new mothers who have recently given birth. Their muscles are still coming out of the relaxed stage from giving birth. Components of this class are designed to do the following:

  1. -Create a calming social environment with funky, yet zen music

  2. -Target and strengthen the core, including abdominals

  3. -Develop functional fitness (eg. Learn the best practices to pick up your baby, in order to protect the back)

  4. -Improving flexibility

Octii Dad & Baby, Power/Flex

Dad and Baby, Power/Flex is a fitness class that also combines the best from all worlds of Pilates, Yoga, and traditional Muscle, Strength and Endurance classes. Compared to Mommy-licious, DBPF is a more of a boot-campy class, while working on flexibility at the same time.... and of course, bonding with your new baby.

-Create a social environment with rock/workout music with your baby

-Target and strengthen the core, including abcominals

  1. -Develop functional fitness (eg. Learn the best practices to pick up your baby, in order to protect the back)
